The main principal of the firm is Mr. Joseph Palimi, a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) in PNG and Australia. He has conducted consultancies for various Public Entities, Private Sector Companies, NGOs, Churches and Development Partners. He is also a prolific writer having published in various journals and in research reports, a chapter to a US- text book on knowledge management published by Springer and a book on Taxation in PNG published by IBSUniversity Press.

The areas of his consultancy work include accountancy, taxation, corporate services and general management consultancy work for all businesses. Areas of interest in development work relate to Governance, Public Financial Management, Accounting, Budgeting & Audits, Performance assessment, Gender Equity, Sustainable Development and general development work. Pro bono clients include NGOs and the Catholic Church.
